I posted about a dilemma of naming after 2 relatives with the same name who I didn't want to name after. My mom suggested also naming after a third relative with the same name and then I felt better about it.
I did end up using the name as a middle name, and I am happy I did. We added a first name that we loved and use that mainly, but the combination of names together is also beautiful.
So it wasn't specifically because of imamother, but it helped to see that there were people who said the name would grow on them and that is what happened with me as well (though not with everyone).
