I know some people have scheduled days for certain type of foods.

Would love some ideas of schedules like this. Would work well for me to be consistent and have some basic schedule to follow.

For example like I remember reading chopper meat on Mondays, chicken on Wednesdays, dairy on whatever day , etc

Sunday: leftover
Monday: breaded chicken cutlets, frozen vegetable, cut up potatos

Tuesday: leftover chicken from chicken soup (like shredded chicken pizza on pita, shredded chicken in tacos or tortilla, shepherd pie, etc) chopped vegetable salad.

Wend: ground beef (meat pizza, arayos, tacos, meaty pasta, meat lasagna) or chicken cutlets in stir fry or sauce, vegetables that go with dish, rice or noodles

Thursday: sourdough pizza and frozen French fries, cut up veggies.

In the winter I’ll often reuse a soup night to night.

Sundays - We do steak or beef tacos; something that everybody loves and on a day when everyone is around at the same time. With fresh salad and potatoes. We use proper dishes and the dishwasher.

Mondays - Usually chicken legs and rice in the oven that I set to cook before I leave for work. Cut veggies and dip.

Tuesdays - Dairy pasta with something like a Greek feta salad.

Wednesdays - Something quick in warm bread like shwarma in laffa or shnitzel in baguettes. With all the fixins.

Thursdays - Something that I don't have to cook like huge plates of cubed deli over salad, or hot dogs & corn salad.
