Hi. I've been struggling with my mental health for a while, especially from the middle of my pregnancy until recently. I love my baby to pieces and I've been taking care of him but feeding and sleeping on demand. Now things are better bh and I'd like to try and get baby on a schedule but I don't know where to start. Can anyone please share their baby's schedule? When and how long do they sleep, when and what do they eat, etc. Thanks.
