Shnitzel,
one pot Mac & cheese,
baked potatoes (I put cheese, sour cream, etc on the table for them to add themselves),
scrambled eggs & toast or bagels,
French toast,
Baked chicken seasoned with salt only (I add more spices on for those who want but for some kids it’s salt only) served with fries or corn on the cob
Whatever soup your kids will eat served with cheese on baguettes (I broil in the oven)
Pizza
Shnitzel
Shnitzel or grilled chicken sliced and served with wraps, pita or flatbread and fries and chumus and Israeli salad for people to design their own wraps. Some kids just eat the chicken on the bread plain without anything else on it.
Hot dogs
Baked ziti
Ravioli baked with sauce and cheese melted ontop.
I try to served cut up veggies and sometimes cut fruit every dinner.
I’m desperate for new dinner ideas as well! I just looked at between carpools and came up with some ideas. But what I wrote here are what I usually make.
I just make sure to have dinner on the table. If they don’t eat it at least I tried…..

I wish my kids ate this many different foods! Nearly all my kids subsist on pizza and pasta. Out of my 6 kids I have 1 kid who has never eaten anything fleishing🤦🏼♀️. Only 2 will eat schnitzel and only 1 would touch grilled chicken, 2 will eat scrambled eggs, 1 will eat ravioli, none would eat baked ziti or potatoes with cheese, 1 might eat hot dogs if there was absolutely nothing else to eat (and even then might refuse), none of them eat soup except chicken soup and even that only 3 of them eat (and only 1 eats anything besides the broth). Out of all the good you listed I think the only 1 that maybe all my kids would eat is the french toast. My kids take pickiness to a whole new level.

You need to expose them to new things. My kids generally have something to eat at dinner but it may be minimal- if I make chili one may eat the sour cream and grated cheese, one may have a few beans picked out and the chips, etc. I don’t expect them to eat everything and with time they have tried more
Some things my kids will eat sometimes:
Edamame
Raw tofu with soy sauce
Arayes ) or just the pita and Israeli salad
Sourdough with eggs and soup ( one will wat the eggs and one will eat soup)
Smoothie and cottage cheese pancakes
