It could be oat challah, but not necessarily... some oat challah recipes have honey, which is high FODMAP

My dd is also on a low Fodmap diet. She has found that she can have oat or spelt challah. My DH doesn’t like either so, if we bake it’s wheat. We have found a variety of oat & spelt challahs and rolls in various stores/bakeries. Honey is a big concern but we have found those without honey (especially sourdough ones). If you are in Lakewood and want to buy, I can offer some suggestions. If you can tolerate spelt, look (on kosher.com, etc.) for spelt challah recipes. If you can only have oat, there are recipes on some of the oat flour/flour blend bags.
