I don't like giving repeats during the week, if kids had noodles or scrambled egg already 2 nights ago, I don't wanna repeat. Same thing about giving same thing as school lunch was.

What choices do I have for little kids that don't want:

Meatballs, chicken, hamburgers, any fish.

Only other options are Eggs, noodles, cereal and bread, pizza.

Bread they have for lunch and cereal/yogurt for breakfast.

I need more supper ideas PLEASE.

Lasagna I'll make occasionally. If I put any veg in there it'll not get eaten.

They won't eat any kind of meat, chicken or fish?

What about falafel?

Won't touch any meat or chicken, only fish is fish sticks.

I tried falafel and veggie burgers once with no luck.

Soy? Lentil or bean based foods?
Would they eat soups with chicken blended in?

I tried chickpea pasta before, it was a disaster here.

I already do scrambled eggs so that's instead of shakshuka

I can retry soy based products but I try to avoid them since they're full of sodium.

Won't touch any soups.

I also wanted to suggest soups
My kids love them
I see you said they won’t eat soups but maybe if you try different types?

Around here the favourite is potato

Rice with chickpeas (I think has milk in it)
Rice and lentils eaten with yogurt (called mejedra)
Rice pudding (rice and milk basically)
Rice with lubyeh (extra long string beans) delish when eaten with lemony garden salad

You can also force your kids to eat certain foods like only give them spaghetti if they eat their meatballs if not go to sleep hungry. My mom did it with fish for me she would make a big bowl of fries and I was only allowed to eat one if I took a bite of fish first. I hated it as a kid but I can eat fish now

Avocado on a rice cake
Fruit smoothies?
Almond flour pancakes?
French toast? (Don't see why you can't serve eggs in different forms more than once a week...)

No soups and no potatoes. Looking for ideas besides pasta since that's what they love best.

I actually tried this tonight. Dc refused meatballs so I told him I'll give it to him mixed with noodles and he still wouldn't touch it.

I'm a big believe in serving food, regardless of whether it will be eaten.

So I will serve meatballs and rice. And encourage kids to eat half of one meatball, and they'll fill up on rice.

Also. You can't nix all chicken and meat unless you're being stubborn and unreasonable.

Schnitzel
Stir fry
Grilled on charcoal grill

Meatballs
Overnight baked roast
Pepper steak

If they eat fish sticks, would they eat breaded fried tilapia?
