Fruit smoothies?
Almond flour pancakes?
French toast? (Don't see why you can't serve eggs in different forms more than once a week...)

I would do French toast but bread is given every day for lunch...

You need to get more food into their diets this is not safe long term they are not eating anything with proper nutrition. Living on pizza and noodles is not safe.

I actually tried this tonight. Dc refused meatballs so I told him I'll give it to him mixed with noodles and he still wouldn't touch it.

That's not what she said at all.

One bite of meatballs, and then a plate of plain noodles.

Over time he will acquire a taste for food he tastes. That don't happen if he never tastes anything he thinks he doesn't like.

I'm a big believe in serving food, regardless of whether it will be eaten.

So I will serve meatballs and rice. And encourage kids to eat half of one meatball, and they'll fill up on rice.

Also. You can't nix all chicken and meat unless you're being stubborn and unreasonable.

Schnitzel
Stir fry
Grilled on charcoal grill

Meatballs
Overnight baked roast
Pepper steak

If they eat fish sticks, would they eat breaded fried tilapia?
I wouldn't be ok with it either. I agree that nixing every variation can't possibly be a taste thing. With my kids who are like this, there's an anxiety/ocd component going on.

I do one bite protein one bite carbs. If a kid refuses they don’t get the carbs until they agree. I also got the game plates when it was bad they had to finish it to get the treat at the end. Play story tapes, give them things to color, distract them so they don’t focus so much on what they are eating. There are a million methods but you need to choose one and get them to eat proper food. I’ll link the plates. https://www.amazon.com/Fred-DI.....ln=73

We do veggie tacos (rice, beans, cheese, veggies etc) and the kids get to pick what to put in as long as they pick 1 veg and 1 protein.

Would they go for meat pizza?

You need to try again with the meat/chicken. There are a lot of ways to eat them without tasting so much, or adding fun stuff in-like sloppy joes with taco shells, chicken nuggets drenched in ketchup or dip of their choice, deli roll, meat pizza, shnitzel in Frosted Flakes

Some little kids supper ideas:

rice and tuna casserole

eggs in whole wheat pita

almond flour pancakes

french toast (whole wheat)

sushi salad (rice, kani, avocado, cucumber)

tacos with ground meat

Maybe your kids can cultivate a taste for:
shnitzel, meatballs, hamburgers

Now I have teenagers too, so really hard to please everyone.

Yes this is what I meant.
He’ll go to sleep hungry one night he’ll go to sleep hungry the second maybe the 3rd and 4th as well but then he’ll just eat the tiny bite of meat and get on with his night. It’s not fun to sleep hungry. You’ll get there one day baby steps

You don't mention whether or not your kids would eat any vegetables. Cut up cucumber and pepper strips? Roasted broccoli?
Can also do breakfast for dinner - pancakes and fruit. Maybe even cottage cheese pancakes.
Fish sticks and French fries with the above mentioned cut up veggies.
Homemade pizza ( you can use pita) with vegetables on top.

Mainly, you may want to consider cooking and serving the food with no drama. Serve whatever you want to serve. What they eat is up to them. Don't comment on their choices! Eventually they will probably decide to eat some of things you serve. It will take a few months. But as long as you follow this consistently, it has a good chance of success.

Lol. I lived on noodle and pizza growing up. I had very sensitive taste buds and gagged easily from most foods. My mom gave me a multivitamin that I was willing to rake sometimes and I grew into a healthy adult who eats most foods.

I learned about a life enhancing system
Called food chaining . There is a book I don’t remember the name. But the idea is to take a food the child likes and make slight variations until the child is willing to eat more styles. For example if my son likes fialkoffs pizza I’d then try another brand, then ww pizza then pizza bagels.. then white pizza … I don’t think we need to accept such tiny approved food lists. In my experience it can be a control thing.

Oatmeal?

I agree you should continue trying ways to get kids to eat chicken and meat. My kids don't either love it, but I've figured out ways to make it work. For e.g. they don't like shnitzel but they will eat it very fresh straight from the frying pan.

Some kids only eat it with ketchup. Some won't touch ketchup. some will only eat pargiyot straight of the grill. Some hate any kind of sauce. Some only will eat it drowned in sauce. Some will only eat it if it's cut in tiny pieces... have you tried all these variations?
