Ladies, you can make your own 24 hour getaway. Book a local hotel, Buy yourself a nice takeout dinner, buy some nice things for brunch to Put in the hotel fridge. Go swimming, sleep, relax, be alone in quiet for many hours.
I've done this many times. You dont need a specific place to make his happen!

I'm so doing this! Do you go with a couple of friends, or on your own? I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable doing all of that on my own.

All you would need is:

A large 8-10 bedroom home with en suite bathrooms for each bedroom.
A chef to cook delicious healthy food.
The home should have a pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as a large gathering space for socializing.

Offer several classes a day: Pilates, restorative yoga, stretching local walks...
A small library of good books, and maybe some board games.

The home could be in Long Island, not far from a beach.
Or in the mountains.
Offer cars to come pick you up at your home to drive you to the retreat.
Maybe offer themed weeks that include jewelry making, journaling, cooking, mah jong? Things that all sorts of women would find compelling

Spinning off ValleyMom`s suggestions, one week might feature workshops on writing your memoirs. This is perennially popular. There could be a long weekend for Recharging Your Batteries aimed at single moms. Workshops could also be on things like career transitions or being in the Sandwich Generation, as well as Caring for the Caregiver.
