Tacos!

Taco shells or wraps
Rice
Beef
Salad
Corn salad (corn, Mayo, red pepper, salt and black pepper

That’s it! Delicious and can make the quantity really big and the mains are super simple. Or you can up it up a notch and add more toppings to make it fancier.

When I have koach and can see that the meal train is heavily fleishig, I'll send:
Bagels (bought, sliced)
Cream cheese
Tuna salad
Lettuce and toppings that can go on the salad or on the bagels (olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced onions etc)
Something extra like quiche or salmon, and then a dessert of muffins/cheesecake
I find people really appreciate the variety and some dairy after getting a lot of chicken /meatballs.

Chicken and ptitim (Israeli couscous) in one pan. Sometimes I use Orzo instead.
Always a huge hit.
With string beans on the side.

I usually do lasagna, salad, and a soup. If I have time I’ll throw in some cookies for dessert.
Everyone always tells me they appreciate the break from chicken

What’s your recipe? I’m in Israel. Sounds too good to be true! Oh I’m thinking now it’s probably bone in chicken right? Husband will only eat cutlets.
