Take cutlets and marinade in 1/4 cup mayo mixed with 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. Crush honey BBQ potato chips. Bread the cutlets with crushed honey BBQ chips. Spread out on a lined baking sheet. Bake on 400 for 20- 40 minutes depending on how thin the cutlets are. Enjoy!

French toast made from all the leftover challah from the many YT meals. Probably with scrambled eggs or omelettes and fruit.

I thought you can't use leftover challah or any bread from a meat meal for dairy? Am I wrong?

We need some light chicken, we need some dairy, lots of salads. And we will do some leftovers as well, just not tomorrow, not just yet.
