I know. All of these issues are solved by simply asking guests what they can eat or knowing enough to inform them what's in anything you make. The best rule is the less processed and more organic, the better. That way, you're more in control of what's going into things. There's hidden soy and gluten in so many things that we wouldn't even think of.
