Does sugar free jello break the fast? zero calories.
is it the same as diet soda? Not ideal but not breaking fast?

I’m not an expert but I think technically if it doesn’t have calories it won’t break your fast but practically the fake sugars can cause a sugar spike.

It is zero calories.
I fast from 8pm to noon.
