Use store bought kishke (or pre-bake homemade kishke before using it to stuff, otherwise the homemade kishke inside ends up raw-ish).

FWIW it is no longer considered safe to "stuff" poultry because the stuffing remains at an unsafe temperature allowing bacteria to grow which then are not killed off in the process.
Modern recipes now have the stuffing cooked on the side and the interior of the bird is filled with aromatics - like onions, herbs, lemons which help flavor the bird.
Technically stuffing cooked on the side is called dressing.
