Have leftover coconut milk and a little silan
Anyone have a good recipe to share using those 2 ingredients at least?

Maybe a pumpkin pie?
Or you could freeze the coconut milk for another time

You can make butter chicken and add the bit of silan for some sweetness that would compliment it.

Homemade ice cream

I would brown boneless skinless chicken thighs and then braise in tomato sauce with cumin, smoked paprika, garam masala, extra cinnamon. Then stir in coconut milk when the chicken is ready and drizzle with silan when serving. Sounds yum to me.

I tend to just make things up.

Silan is great in a roast.

Blend silan, coconut milk and cocoa and put in ice pop molds for fun fudgey ices.
