You can make butter chicken and add the bit of silan for some sweetness that would compliment it.
Homemade ice cream
I would brown boneless skinless chicken thighs and then braise in tomato sauce with cumin, smoked paprika, garam masala, extra cinnamon. Then stir in coconut milk when the chicken is ready and drizzle with silan when serving. Sounds yum to me.
