Please don’t take Tylenol and Advil together!

Thank you! Do you feel like it was the electrolytes, or maybe the other things?

I'm confused about the electrolytes. Can't too much without water cause worse dehydration? I bought them but not sure if I should use them

Tylenol and Advil are fine to take together. Are you thinking of Advil and aspirin, or Advil and Motrin?

Also confused. I thought electrolytes help your body absorb water better. I don't get how essentially taking them without any water (bc they start releasing 12 hours into the fast) will help. And yeah could it be dangerous and throw off your electrolyte balance?!

That's why I'm not taking them.
I once took the caffeine & felt absolutely awful. Worse fast.

You take all 4 together & feel fine? Wow!
I'd be so nervous, it would probably knock me unconscious.

Lol. That's why I don't take it. My son wanted to take it this year I didn't let him.

I take all 4 together too and find the combination very helpful. The first time I got the electrolytes I felt a big difference from my previous combination of advil, tylonal, and caffeine. I definitely recommend them.

You've never taken an advil and tylenol at the same time? There's no adverse interactions. We're not talking heavy doses of painkillers here.

No, I have never.
But here we're talking about taking Tylenol, ibuprofen, caffeine, electrolytes all together on an empty stomach. It doesn't seem safe to me.

I took it and I ended up with low grade fever today! Can it be related?
