Has anyone taken it and can recommend if it helped or not? Also, is it safe for nursing? I haven’t been able to find any information online and my husb already bought it.

I am nursing and plan on taking the electrolytes. I took them last year when I was pregnant and it really helped me. I didn’t ask my dr though but I’m not concerned personally

Did you drink a lot prefast? Some people feel worse when they take it so I'm wondering if it has to do with how much you drank before.
