Thank you! Do you happen to know the name of it? And do you know what neighborhoods I would look in for more of that Torani community? Less Anglo is fine- we want to integrate.
Do you know how prices for rentals compare between Raanana and Rehovot?

What would that be? I can’t think of anything that fits the bill.
Raanana’s dati community is overwhelmingly MO or dati leumi, but not on the right wing side of the spectrum. I think more dati moms wear pants there than wear 3/4 sleeves.
If you want torani (by which I assume you mean more right wing dati leumi, what’s often called chardal) - you will be more likely to find it on some of the yeshuvim. Or in the cities far away from the merkaz, like Tzfat. Or in the garinim Toraniim spread throughout certain mixed cities, like Lod or Beit She’an. (These are organized keruv type communities that settle in secular or traditional neighborhoods).

You didn't write your budget -
But Petach Tikva, Ramat Gan, Rechovot, Netanya, (Givat Shmuel is not particularly torani) all these are cities, but if you have enough money you can probably find a private home there as well.
Also I'm not so clear what you mean by Torani, that can be a pretty wide spectrum.

Right, it didn't occur to me, but Lod is perfect for what you're looking. Urban area with all the services, private homes available, Torani community, easily commutable to Tel Aviv (train, bus, and really not that far by car).
Downside - very mixed population (Jews and Arabs, and a large portion of the Jews are from the lower end of the socio-economic spectrum) but no place is perfect - and if the criteria you mentioned are important to you - this is where you can find everything.

Raanana is a total olim-chadashim place and used to be very Anglo a few years ago - before the French came 
There is a huge DL community but fewer strictly torani people - as others above posted, real strong torani/chardal is more a thing in some yishuvim, parts of the periphery and the outreach garinim in disadvantaged cities. Edit, and some parts of Jerusalem.
There is some kind of disconnect between urban in the mercaz and torani/chardal, which tends to have a strong focus on settling Eretz Yisrael, kiruv work and army service. These things are somehow a bit at odds with glittering skyscrapers and it is reflected in the population distribution.
To my best knowledge, Raanana is more expensive for renting and buying than Rechovot.
But my knowledge may be out of date, haven't visited Rechovot for more than 10 years. Back then it has still a bit of periphery charms about it. I've lived in Raanana in the past.

Urban areas are expensive. If you're willing to give up on that, maybe Mevo Horon? It's super close to Modiin so you have all the shopping and the train.

Yes, I know. But to spend 3.3m nis for a 4 room is a lot. rechovot seems like you can get that for 2.5m for ex. Interesting- never heard of it!

Jerusalem - Kiryat Moshe. Strong torani community, torani schools all the way through high school, very commutable to Tel Aviv because the train is walking distance. Or with a car via highway 1 thorough the main entrance to the city or via the new highway 16. Not cheap though.
Raanana doesn't have much of a torani community and neither does Modiin.
Lod and Rechovot both have what you are looking for. So does Petach Tikvah (almost no anglos though), but there are a few neighborhoods with strong religious communities.

I see that it was left out - Jerusalem may be your best bet.
The neighborhoods you would be looking at are Kiryat Moshe, Ramot Bet ( Noam is a great school in Ramot), Kiryat Menachem.
Kiryat Moshe is the most expensive but also the easiest commute to Tel Aviv, you can walk to the light rail, take it one stop, and then you are in Tachana mercazit and 30 minutes to Tel Aviv on the fast train.
The downside is the high cost of real estate - if you are coming from Manhattan it may not be so much but we are talking minimum 3 million nis for a 3 bedroom apartment.......

Yes look into mevo horon but it’s more in the countryside. I think it’s accessible to modiin around 20min by bus

RBS or Beit Shemesh. Expensive but everything is here. You have a few Torani communities, Rabbi's and shuls, schools. Shopping either walking ,taxi ,bus. Hour to TA. Bus or train.

I wonder uf the new shchunot in modiin are not going to have a stronger torani community as some appartements where mechir la mishtaken
