I made pulled beef last night for the first time and now I want to freeze it.
What's the best way? Ziploc or pan? With any of the gravy or without?
How to rewarm when ready to use it?
TIA

I do in a pan with most of the gravy. Enough that when I rewarm it it won’t dry out.
To reheat, defrost first and then reheat. Or if can’t defrost put in frozen in a very low temp oven (220 or under).

Thanks
I'm afraid I "pulled" the beef too much and made it too stringy
