What does ADD (not adhd) look like in 4 y/o boy

I’m starting to think ds might have ADD, wondering what are some of the signs at this age? He’s barely 4. And what can be done to help at this age? His behavior is not difficult enough to warrant medication.

They don't separate ADD and ADHD anymore. I don't know where you're located but in NYC you can get him evaluated and possibly get him OT.

Hypothyroidism can mimic ADD and can often be hidden. I would run a complete thyroid panel.

I’m in nj. He’s had OT at different times in his life , didn’t see a difference.
