I wouldn’t. Companies like uppababy set their prices. If it’s a different price, it’s not a legit seller.

Correction: SOME ebay sellers are legit.
But I'd sooner buy from ebay (which has some purchase protection) than from a shady website.
OP, it may be smarter to look for and purchase a used one than to buy from a questionable website like this.

Correction. Ebay is a legitimate site. Some of the sellers are not legit, but since they are a legitimate site there are protections in place. If you are buying products from unauthorized sellers, it usually voids any warranty and there's no guarantee that the product is real.

Correct. That's why you stick to a company like PayPal which protects you from those scams
It doesn't help with warranty, but there are very cheap aftermarket warranties
