you didn't request this change call this number. Is this legit email? The number they gave to call is 866-887-8884. I tried looking this number up but I don't know if it's legit?

If you have a Kohl's account, I'd Google the actual Kohl's customer service number and call them and tell them you got this email - your account likely got hacked

That number comes right up on Google as kohl's customer service number

Actually, the way domains work, it goes right to left, so a sub domain is sub.domain.com
A spammer can't actually send from that sub domain (though it can spoof it through a script and that can be seen by looking at full headers).
It's kind of like credit.kohls.com where I would pay my Kohl's CC until they switched to Capital One.
