I got a letter saying there was a breach and if I want to sign up for monitoring, go to my true identity to sign up. Is it legit?

2 weeks ago there was a massive breech of over 2 billion peoples SS#s. Likely every one in the US has been breached and therefore all the companies are overloaded with inquiries. The best ones are Aura and some others that you can look up

this company sent me a letter, I didn't hear about the breach. They're paying for it for free, others I would probably have to pay for. Is it worth getting the best?
