Will this work if I leave roasted jalapenos out to defrost and then blend before shabbos or yom tov with mayo for dip or will texture be affected?

Sounds like a smart idea!
I think I’ll try it.
My friends who grow hot peppers in their gardens, freeze them raw. So freezing them roasted is probably good too.
