We are starting to plan a small trip for chol hamoed sukkos. We have one pre school age kid.
Would love to hear ideas.
In the past we have done Niagara falls, Orlando, and glamping in Vermont.
Looking for soemthing that won't be too pricy.
We are ok with bringing food, or buying at location.
We don't necessarily need a minyan.
Ok to road trip from NJ, or a cheap flight away
We love the outdoors, but not sure how the weather will be and if it will be too cold

Last year we went to playa del Carmen. Lots of kosher food and beautiful hotel for fairly reasonable price. Does anyone have a similar recommendation with kosher food and not super expensive?

So we chose the places bec we wanted a minyan and had a great time
Poconos - much cheaper this time of year
Ocean city md. Also much cheaper can get home on bay or near beach. Take the ferry to travel

We did Lancaster last year and it was beautiful. We've done Virginia beach, ocean city, MD, mystic, CT, also.

Bump.
I need help with where to go with my family all under 9.
I live in NY and want to do a road trip and airbnb.
I was in Ocean city and Lancaster and want to try something new but next to chabad and kid freindly activites.
