For a start, use avocado oil, omit meat, less or no sugar, nothing fried....
Anything else I missed?

Olive oil is only good for cold things, such as salad.

I make a yummy blackbean cort salad. I put in canned corn (ok not so healthy), black beans, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro. Dressing is just avocado oil, spices, and a little lemon juice. I guess can do lime. the avocado makes it so creamy. Yum!

Just cook with real whole foods from scratch. Go heavy on the salads and vegetables. Lighter on the protein & carbs.

Can you give me ideas of spices that blend well? All I can think of is black pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
