If I make apple turnovers with puff pastry, can I freeze them after they cool down? Or will they come out mushy when I defrost them for a meal?
Thanks in advance!

I always do that. I almost never serve it the day that I make it, barring some people 'tasting' it before yom tov to make sure that it's good. lol
Should not be mushy. Is there some corn starch in the filling?

It is fine not as good as fresh. But very decent
Make sure to reheat it uncovered so it doesn’t get soggy when reheating it

Thanks ShishKabob! Corn starch is listed in the ingredients for the filling, I didn’t make the filling yet. Is it really important to have the corn starch or can I use a little flour instead?
