I haven’t been to shul in years. And I am also BT and don’t remember.Do I have to wear white on Yom Kippur? What about Rosh Hashanah? If have to wear white, Does it have to be all white or can it just have a little bit of white in it? please help me out and don’t judge me for asking. I know that that should not be the focus of the day. But, I have severe anxiety and am concerned about what people think about my clothing. I don’t like to be criticized. Yes, I’m getting help.thank you in advance.

You don’t must.
Depends on your community.
My community no one wears white. (Lubavitch)

I never wore white for either Y"T. Maybe a silk white blouse or knit twin set on Y"K if I happen to have dressy pieces in my closet. I dress like I usually do on R"H. And muted colors on Y"K since it's a serious day.

It’s not halacha. Some white is definitely fine, you’ll fit in wherever.
I think it’s a bigger minhag not to wear gold jewelry on Yom Kippur.
