Salmon, avocado on sprouted bread (like ezekiels)
Chicken cutlets in a salad, cold cuts in a salad.
Make the salads exciting and different.
Add nuts, seeds, different vegetables, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, radishes, fruits
Add a smoothie or green juice.

The salad suggestions are great, but I am looking to have some carbs. I guess I can add chicpeas or sweet potatoes to the salad.

They're often called "nordic crisps" or "knäckebröd" and you can usually find them at specialty grocery stores like Whole Foods, although you can also buy them online or make them yourself! Here is a recipe: https://www.alphafoodie.com/th.....cipe/
