If I want to open a business and will be importing and manufacturing from china, how expensive are customs and shipping fees?
R there other countries that are cheaper?

Everything below is assuming you are importing to the US
Different items have different duties. You need to find the rate for the specific product you will be importing.
Countries that the USA has trade agreements with, will have better or no duties for example Mexico and Canada
