Is that little office going to have an exterior door? Personally, I wouldn't feel so safe (though it makes no sense) to have my bedroom with outdoor access.

The way you have, there are a lot of exterior walls, and if you just continue the line of the girls room to the left, and the line of your room toward the bottom (round the corner if you care about how the exterior looks) it may end up being cheaper than all the in and out of the current plan.
