Please can someone help me regarding my daughter...
She baths every day but still has a terrible smell down there. When she puts her hands there and scratches it, her hands smell as well. What is this what could it be?
What can I do about this asap?

You should definitely take her to a doctor to get that checked out. It could be a yeast or other infection. Is she itchy?

If kid is toilet trained they can test for uti with a sample in a cup. If not toilet trained they did catheter for my toddler was hell for 2 minutes but we had to figure it out.
Yeast infection is cream &/oral antibiotics.

For not cooperative or not toilet trained child, they can tape a bag there to collect a sample. I'd try that before a catheter.
