Thank you all, your responses have been very reassuring!

Unfortunately bedtime is a bit of an issue and it can take hours for my dd to fall asleep so we don’t have much of a night. Dh is going a bit crazy, especially because he has a side hustle he works on at night, but we’ll hopefully get a sleep trainer in to help.
