The tray doesn't come close to baby, it doesn't have a great harness if you're baby is the climbing type, and the legs stick out so it's easy to trip on it.
If you're in Lakewood, Off 2nd sometimes has high chairs.
I have this one I can give away. It's been used though https://www.amazon.com/Graco-S.....psc=1
Also, I'd prefer one that sits on a chair to the Ikea one. I really disliked it.

We love the IKEA highchair. Get the inflatable seat insert and cover if your baby is not yet sitting properly or is small for their age.

I like it, it’s neat and easy to clean. I never heard that it’s an issue that the kids feet dangle, can anyone explain? How else would little kids sit at a table?

Huh? Why would that matter if they sit in it for just 10 minutes at a time. I guess I can see it being an issue for someone who plops their child in it for long periods of time, but for short eating periods, I don't see it as being an issue.
I have it and am happy with it.
My biggest issue with it is Ikea delivery. Shipping/delivery costs more than the high chair itself, which is why I chose to order a different high chair for my bungalow.
