Egg noodles (not pasta) freeze well already cooked.

Orzo
Cabbage & noodles
Lo mein
Farfel

Roast beef
Corned beef
Stuffed cabbage

Challah
Baked goods
Dessert

Chicken soup broth
Lokshen
Kneidlach

Deli purses; fill, form and freeze with dough raw and ready to bake later.
Same for kishke stuffed chicken, rolled in crumbs. Frozen raw and ready to bake before Y"T.

You can also soak rinse and drain cholent beans. Measure out barley and spices and freeze a semi ready compilation of your cholent.

Second ra_mom about cholent prep. I did it some weeks this summer and it was a pleasure. I prepped beans, barley, spices and onions and froze. Only needed to add meat and water.

I find it easiest to make about same meals all 3 yomim tovim. And then make 3 of each dish at a time.
My family doesn’t mind the repeats.

Chuster bow tie egg noodles.

For orzo, same, Chuster orzo (the egg noodle kind, not pasta).
Sauté onion, garlic, bell peppers, mushroom. Mix together with cooked orzo and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Or sauté onion, mix together with orzo and season with salt and pepper to taste. Crisp up diced salamin. Add to the seasoned orzo.

Roll a slice or 2 of pastrami and stuff inside a capon. Put seems side down into a pan. Brush with duck sauce. Bake covered @ 350 for an hour and uncovered at 425 for another half hour. Can be frozen raw and baked fresh.

I thought cooked chicken doesn’t freeze well. When I freeze cooked chicken it becomes dry.

I find many recipe freeze well cooked.

Capons and dark cutlets work best. But white meat can also work. I find slightly underbaking can also help. Or roll ups stay more moist. most of the time don’t have an issue.

Personally I like baking before freezing bec when I pull them out erev yom tov I don’t like to think about baking things. And I keep my oven too low to safely bake chicken.
