Do you mean so it will hold a wave/curl. I think the only way to do that is to perm it.

That's a washing wig video
I was told dipping A wig fully into conditioner will loosen the knots attaching hair to wig. Don't let conditioner touch cap
Also wouldn't recommend messing up your part
