Don't make it if you don't like chia seeds. You'll be spending/wasting money on the added ingredients and you won't end up eating it.

1 cup of chia seeds is going go make a tremendous amount of pudding.
Also, what kind of cookies or cake were you thinking of that contain chia seed pudding?
I've made breakfast cookies, muffins and granola with chia seeds but never baked anything with the pudding

They can be used in baked goods sort of like a chia egg replacer I'm assuming.
Op, Google the amounts for chia seed egg replacement, and use that amount of pudding for cookies or cake
Also If u want to try to like the pudding, blend it and make it chocolaty with cocoa powder

Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
It's definitely a starter but I'd like to see recipes that call for more amounts if chia seed to use up my 1.5 cups I have sitting around.

Baked goods are not edible with more chia seeds. Similar to poppyseeds, there's a reason only 1/2 tbsp is sprinkled on top of challah, and that 1 cup is not mixed into the dough.

I hear you. That's a good point. I didn't consider earlier.
Thank you
