Anyone else having trouble sleeping after taking this
I thought it suppose to work 12 hrs later which for me would be 7:30am
This has happened to me the last 3 times I took it
But the first 2 times, when I first started using this pill it worked beautifully
I slept all night with no problem
Did the formula change at all
Anyone else experienced where in the beginning it worked well but recently kicking in too quick

Unfortunately this happens 😕
I find it's better to use suppository in the morning if needed
The breakdown of the time release really is very volatile

Yes whichever brand I got this year is a nightmare
I took it right before the fast
Was I supposed to take it a different time ?
🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
And I was up literally the entire night w/ out sleeping for even 5 minutes
And now during the day (4pm ) here, I am totally wired & high on caffeine

I took it for a few years already (Fast aid brand/ Toronto Kollel) and I have no trouble sleeping late BH.
For me it just takes away the fast headache which is such a game changer for fasting!!
I’ve told relatives about it as well who’ve used it with similar results.

I took the electrolytes this year for pregnancy (in addition to caffeine) and feeling great bh… maybe it’s just in my head that I have the nutrients I need.

It had this effect for my on Yom Kippur. I couldn’t sleep all night and my heart was beating rapidly. I also had an altered sense of time. It was terrifying. So now I don’t buy it and I discourage people from taking it.

I took it for the first time this fast. I woke up at 2 and struggled to sleep until 4 so I’m guessing it’s related. That said I think I’m fasting better overall

I took it last yom kippur and never had such a horrible fast! I literally felt sick until I threw up in the afternoon and then felt slightly better.
No more caffeine pills for me!

I also had bad experience with the caffeine pill. It woke me after 12 hours but that's too early for me on a fast day. The Tylenol one on the other hand worked great against the caffeine headache. So I recommend that now to whoever asks my opinion

I found it the caffeine pill to work well for me. I went to sleep at the normal time and got up maybe 30 minutes earlier than usual.

Don’t get me wrong
I’m grateful it exists
Defiantly made it possible to fast
Other times I’m taking Advil dry (which could be dangerous) or having to break the fast
Also since I wasn’t sick it was possible for me to eat afterwards
