Long shot but anyone have their focaccia recipe and can screenshot a copy?

Anyone else find website down?

I'm looking for this recipe or any similar one

Quick Focaccia

1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil, more for drizzling
1 egg
2 1/2 cups white flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
toppings such as minced garlic, olives, sundried tomato dip, dried parsley etc.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pour warm water into a 9×13 pan. Shake on top the yeast and mix to dissolve. Next, mix in the egg and olive oil.
3. Add in the flour and salt and mix till combined.
4. Drizzle a little more olive oil onto the pan and over the dough. Spread the dough out to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan and let sit five to 10 minutes.
5. Drizzle the top of the dough with olive oil and spread on toppings like garlic, sundried tomatoes, and parsley. Use tips of fingers to gently press into dough to create bubbles.
6. Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool a bit and slice into 12 pieces.

My favorite recipe:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 packet dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp honey
2.5 cups flour
1 tsp sea salt

Over low heat, cook pil, garlic, thyme, rosemary and pepper for 5-10 minutes. (OH, the aroma!)
In a large bowl, combine water, yeast and honey. Stir, then let sit for 5 mminutes.
Add 1 cup flour and half of the oil mixture, stir, and let rest for 5 more minutes.
Add remaining flour and salt, stir to combine, then transfer to a floured surface and knead into a dough.
Let it rise for 1 hour.
Line a 9x13 pan, add 2 Tbsp of the oil mixture to the dough, then press into pan. Make dimples with your fingers and pour rest of oil on top.
Bake on 450 for 15-20 minutes.

Thanks. If I have raw onions and tomatoes, can I somehow use them as a topping? (Should I sauté them, roast them etc first)

If you slice the raw onions paper thin like slivers, you should be able to toss them with a bit of oil and salt, and top the Focaccia without sautéing first.
Small slices of tomato are fine.
