Cantaloupe with cottage cheese

Wednesday
WW bread w Creamed Spinach
Breaded fried tilapia
Sliced red potatoes with butter and spices in Betty crocker with sour cream
3 color dairy ice cream in a cone

Thursday
Baked ziti
Corn on the cob
Yogurt fruit smoothie

Fishballs with macaroni and peas n carrots, in tomato sauce
Dairy cake

Tomm before fast:
WW bread with mock liver and salad
Broccoli zucchini soup?
Lukshen cheese kugel
Layered potatoes and eggs baked with sour cream
Watermelon

I always knew that fish and hard cheese/melted cheese is salty and should be avoided before fast so not to cause excessive thirst

That's only brined fish the way they used to preserve them. No lox sable herring (or feta parmesan). But bland salmon is not any different than chicken before YK.
