Make a roux with some flour 2 garlic cubes and oil. Add a little water. Mix and add 5-6 cups water, 2 cubed potatoes, one bag frozen broccoli, salt and pepper

Cook for 45 minutes. Then blend

No one in my house wants soup when it’s 90 degrees outside and close to 80 inside

I make them with finely diced red pepper and Vidalia onion, Mayo (or beaten eggs), bread crumbs, lots of spices.
