No way. No one wears those shoes anymore.
Most kids wear either loafers, booties, or lace up shoes.

On Amazon, look at the brand marc Joseph. They have "normal" shoes that are not expensive. It varies based on the style/color/size

Are you in a very trendy school? I see plenty of that style in Lakewood simple schools. How in style do you need to be?

Not super trendy, but definitely keeping up with Lakewood.
Like to wear pink sneakers at age 5 is beyond bizarre…
For sure most kids wear loafers or booties. Thanks to the poster who reminded me of those!!!
Which style, of all the shoes I posted so far, would look most normal in a simple Lakewood school?

I always spend tons of time browsing for shoes but the truth is that the Jewish brands are unique in their style. Bh lately there are mid price trendy quality options to choose from so it’s not worth spending hours on Amazon.

Kids in first- second grade definitely wear these styles in simple schools. It's a mixture of these and loafers. Booties and laces are popular in more trendy schools.

Marc Joseph has booties that my daughter has had the last 3 years. They fit in fine in Brooklyn schools. There are kids who wear booties in Sept but I think it's too hot

This, easier to just get Peroquet, zebra or Cheeta shoes. The shoes you posted are very out of date
