Do you love everything about your kids’ school?

Is it possible to find a perfect school in every way or will every school have a few things you don’t like but the pros outweigh the cons?

What is more influential- home life or school (barring anything severe like bullying)?

Your kid will most likely be 90% a product of the home and 10% a product of the school. This is a mainstream child.
Kids with learning disabilities are another saga cuz they can have long lasting trauma from their school experience

No school is perfect.

Home life is the most important but of course school has an impact.

If you are lucky enough to have a choice, choose a school that aligns with your core values.

Personally I would say that your emotional health and parenting style, for better or worse, is mostly a result of your home. Your hashkafah is very much a product of your education.

I love most of it. And the little things don’t bother on me a level of omg I’m out of here. Nothing in life is perfect.

I love my kids school Baruch Hashem (they’re all in one school).
I wouldn’t mind slightly healthier school lunch but I’m grateful they provide lunch.
The teachers and admin are all amazing. The school is run very well. The values they impart align with our home values for the most part. The kids all strive to be the best they can for the most part. the school imparts a sense of Jewish pride. They teach in a joyful way. They take care of any issues swiftly and gently, with love.

Obviously no school is perfect, but at least the one we chose matches my family hashkafa .

Do you love everything about your husband?
We choose a school that fits each child. BH we have a lot of options. Each of my kids has gone to different schools.
