Your husband should speak to various kashrut agencies to see if there are any openings. Keep in mind that the pay is not that great and most mashgiach jobs don’t give benefits like medical insurance or retirement etc. Many mashgiach jobs are in grocery stores and restaurants and will probably involve bug checking. I’m saying this from experience as my husband is grocery store mashgiach.
