Had this conversation with someone recently. My take is that the graduates since Covid were immature and irresponsible and those that needed dependable staff went through them like a chain smoker goes through a pack of cigarettes. The tide has changed, wages have somewhat increased and now people are sitting tight in their jobs so less openings. But the bitter rate of the graduates lingers and no one really wants them.
