Yes. It very noticeable. Itnis more moist and almost a little sticky whenever I replace oil with applesauce. Not bad though.

I usually sub half or 3/4 of the oil, not the entire amount. The applesauce is moister , which we like, especially in muffins.
How did your Bundt come out ?
