Just wanna say… my baby was also able to go to sleep at 11. I started napping her MORE, and would soothe her back to sleep if she woke up. I also started consciously trying to tire her out, like putting her into the jolly jumper. She now sleeps from about 9-8 and is up in middle of the night but I suspect that’s due to her eczema.

My baby two months ago had maybe one nap during the day and went to sleep 11. I really turned her schedule around.

At 11 months you should be able to shift calories to the day. Try shortening night feeds and see if it helps

That’s definitely a start! I would try to do bedtime even earlier. The sweet spot is supposed to be between 7 and 8. I think that once you get him consistently sleeping during the night hours (for example 7 to 6) then you can work on cutting out the night nursing sessions. Does he take a Paci?
