I lost 15 pounds on ozempic over 3 months. Have been on it another 6 and haven’t lost much. I’m on .5 - and was hoping not to up my dose. I’m wondering if anyone has been able to lose while staying on .5 , or if I will need to up it? Hoping to stay on another 3 months and would feel ok if I lost another 10-15. (I know many gain after - but I’m not there quite yet )

I've been at .5 for a long time. The key to keep losing is to up your protein a lot.

What are you eating? Have you changed your eating habits at all? Besides for eating less because of the ozempic.

Yes, I totally changed my eating following my doctor's recommendation. Basically no complex carbs and very little simple carbs. Mostly protein and vegetables. I have no hunger and almost no cravings. I have lost 70 lb. in 11 months. This past month I lost 11 lb. after upping my protein.
