My oldest DD10 is outgoing and has lots of friends in school/camp etc. my area doesn’t have so many girls her age. We moved here 1.5 years ago and I’ve tried to encourage her to play with girls a bit older and a bit younger but nothing really clicked. There’s a classmate she likes who’s an 8-10 min walk away who moving this summer. I’m feeling so sad for her and so stuck. This Shabbos she went to a neighbor and borrowed magazines and sat in the couch the entire Shabbos. I offered a few times to walk her to girls nearby but she didn’t want .. curious how this is gonna effect her long term

It's such a good time for her to build her relationship with her family. Even younger siblings find something to do together. Play family games. Put on plays. Use the time to bond with her. She should bond with her family
We used to live near my daughter's close group of friend and on the rare times that non was available she would complain she's bored. Since we moved away from them daughter had to figure out how to live without built in friends.
You could also invite cousins and guest for shabbos.
