I voted well done, because otherwise I can't chew it.

Ugh, I can’t stand when you see blood pouring out, and worse, what that tastes like!

That's not blood, smarty.

It's a protein called myglobin mixed from water in the meat, and it's delicious.

That's not my experience, the well done edges are easier for me to chew and near the bone also.

Looks like blood, tastes like blood and many people find it far from delicious.

I like my steak cooked low and slow. Fall from the bone soft.
To get a crust I bake it first for 11/2- 2 hours then place on the grill on high to get a good crispy edge.

Grew up with well done steak. I knew steak was considered a good food but I couldn’t chew it. When I started eating medium rare, I could never eat it any other way! I know everyone has different tastes but I truly can’t fathom how anyone can eat a well done steak! My mom once cooked a standing rib roast well done. It wasn’t edible. Thankfully she’s improved her cooking skills since!

Medium. Some of my siblings are grossed out by anything other than BROWN steak, and then they claim restaurant steak isn’t good. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Medium rare only, since I’m a little girl
When I got married, I was appalled that my husband’s family ate only well done, and made him try medium rare. He hasn’t looked back since, and has gotten a few of his siblings on our team. His mother however, won’t budge.

A man ordered steak at a restaurant.

As the waitress walked away
The man called after, "well done!"

The waitress replied, " why, thank you."

Rare. I would eat it blue. Medium rare is the most I'd go.
