Where can I buy 40 large mixing bowls or basins, around 12+ quarts each?
Can be online or anywhere in flatbush/boro park.
(They're for making challah dough in. I bought 6 quart bowls but they're too small.)
I've googled to the best of my ability and can't find anything. Ideally I'd like to pay up to $3-4 a bowl.

My friend bought basins locally for this exact reason. She checked the Jewish hardware stores, $0.99 stores and Judaica stores. In our neighborhood I think she found the best price at Quick Aid.
